I know it’s a little late but I want to thank everyone who helped The Mannequin Room raise money by booking us during our “No, AIDS! NO!” World Tour. WE RAISED  $4,385,456 overall for this years AIDS Walk! We did 27 shows in three months. That is ridiculous. 

For five minutes today i thought Prometheus was going to come out this Friday.

Then I realized it doesn’t. It comes out next Friday.

That lucky bastard Philp Bloom managed to get his dirty paws on a FS700. I want one but am  poor so will just rent one for the weekend. SLOW MOTION YOU GUYS!! That is what makes this camera awesome.

Cathryn Mudon all day.  Her honesty on stage is amazing. Other level shit.  Also Nicole will never be boring to me. She’s a fuckn assassin out there. Almost every line she has facilitates the scene in some fashion. So impressive.  Also Chrissie Grubel, you fuckn robot sent from the future! I have played with her for 2 years and she covertly masterminds scenes, hell whole shows. Just brilliant stuff!  It takes a lot of guts in a a sea of flailing babies trying to get attention with their improv (I’m not immune to this phenomenon) for patient giving players do their thing.

People dig patient and honest play. Why do you think everyone goes apeshit after an Adsit and Lutz, Drysdale and Gausas, or TJ and Dave show? It’s so great and refreshing. Who knew this thing i love can be multifaceted and real. It’s like seeing Japanese Anime for the first time.  It’s a shame that is not rewarded as often as we would like. I demand internet justice! This went from being a supportive reply repost to the late night ramblings of an idiot and i do not apologize for that. Come see the next Mannequin Room show where i will most likely be a three headed transvestite spider of some sort and Chrissie tries to wrangle it into context with her understatedly brilliant play.
